International Student Orientation & Registration Program

Students : International Student Orientation & Registration

International Student Orientation & Registration Program

International Student Programs and Services (ISPS) holds the International Student Orientation and Registration program for new international students at the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. The International Student Orientation and Registration Program is mandatory for all new international undergraduate and graduate students.

Heritage Hill - UA campus“Orientation” is the process of becoming familiar with new surroundings and learning about a new environment. Many international students are not only beginning a new educational program, but also experiencing a whole new culture for the first time. It is particularly important that you are guided through this process with experienced staff and student leaders. ISPS has planned a thorough orientation and registration program that will introduce you to the University of Arizona (UA) and provide you with assistance regarding academic advising, course registration, cultural adjustment, and an introduction to the many services on campus. We want to prepare them for their academic program and student life at UA We also want to provide fun and relaxing opportunities to socialize with other students.
